All items sold by Dynamite Auction Company are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, either expressed or implied. All sales are final, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding, as placing a bid indicates full acceptance of the item’s condition.
Payment is accepted by cash, cashier’s check, credit card, or wire transfer. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of all items. Payments made by credit card will incur an additional 4% processing fee, and credit card purchases are not allowed on any transactions exceeding $3,000. Wire transfers will incur a $25 processing fee. All applicable purchases are subject to 9.5% sales tax, unless a valid resale certificate or farm exemption card is provided. A $15 title fee will be applied to all vehicle purchases, and temporary tags are available upon request for an additional $20 fee.
Full payment is due within three (3) business days of the auction closing date. Items may be picked up starting on the Tuesday following the close of the auction. All purchased lots must be picked up within ten (10) business days. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation and loading of their items. Dynamite Auction Company is not responsible for any damage incurred during loading or transport.
